Steve shares what he has been listening to this #MusicMonday …

I’m really loving this Christian band at the moment ‘For King and Country’. The band is two brothers, Joel and Luke Smallbone, born in Australia, but now American citizens.

Their third album is entitled ‘Burn the Ships’ which they describe as ‘explores the themes of new beginnings, forgiveness, hope and love‘.

My favourite track on the album is ‘God Only Knows’ which reminds me that God is the one who really knows us; knows our heart, knows us intimately, knows everything about us. It also reminds me that ‘there’s a kind of love that God only knows’. That despite what we think of ourselves or others think of us, God loves us with a burning, passionate and unconditional love.
