It is the 25th anniversary of the composing of the song “We want to see Jesus lifted high”. I can recall singing it all those years ago at Spring Harvest along with over four thousand people I would think in an enormous “tent”!

Below is an anniversary video telling the story behind the song featuring the writer Doug Horley and worship leader Noel Richards who was instrumental in the song being picked up by churches around the world.

With footage of the song from the “Champion of the World” worship and prayer event at Wembley stadium in the UK and lots of comments and stories from worship leaders, this is a great look behind the scenes of a song that has touched the lives of many people.
